Resless Palate is a seasonal menu at Sanderlings Restaurant in Santa Cruz, CA.

GOAL: Create two seasonal food menus and a redesign of their bar menu. They must feel high-end to match the resort atmosphere, but are limited to in-house printing methods to quickly adapt to bi-weekly changes.
